This gorgeous and good-for-you smoothie bowl is a great way to start your morning. It’s packed with so many vitamins, micronutrients, antioxidants and more, you can’t help but feel invigorated for the rest of the day.
It’s loaded with fruit but also contains superfoods like maca, which is renowned for its endurance-boosting and hormone-balancing effects (1).
Here’s a quick rundown of what you can expect.
Superfood Smoothie Bowl
First, there’s the tropical flavor of mango. Not only is this a refreshing ingredient, it’s also a powerful source of vitamin C, dietary fiber, polyphenols, and carotenoids – which can help boost your immune system, clear your skin, and help you lose weight.
Next up, raspberries. These fuzzy little red berries contain important phytonutrients and fiber, and have even been shown to be helpful when it comes to cardiovascular health (2).
I’ve also added in some superfood greens. Now, greens like spirulina and chlorella help alkalize your body, reducing inflammation-causing acidity. But the downside is that they also can taste kind of grassy, which is why I created my own pure source of greens, Energy Greens, which are organic, GMO-free, and delicious.
Adding a spicy and delicious hint of heat to this smoothie bowl, ginger is filled with anti-inflammatory compounds and might even be able to help with muscle soreness.
Bringing the power of healthy fats to this superfood smoothie bowl are hemp seeds, which also contain a complete panel of amino acids, building a perfect plant-based protein.
Add in some kiwi, mint, and optional stevia, and you’ll love this bowl of superfood goodness!

Superfood Smoothie Bowl
This smoothie bowl is not only gorgeous to look at, but it’s also delicious. And because it’s packed with superfoods, you can feel good about starting your day off with it.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kiwi (peeled)
- 1 scoop of greens powder
- 5 or 6 fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup water
- 1 mango
- 1/2 inch fresh ginger
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 3 drops liquid stevia (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a high-speed blender, puree kiwi, greens, mint, and 1/3 cup water. Pour into the edge of a bowl.
- Rinse blender, blend water, mango, ginger, maca, and 1/3 cup water. Pour into the center of a bowl.
- Rinse blender. Blend raspberries, hemp seeds, remaining water, and optional stevia. Pour into bowl.
- Enjoy with a spoon immediately.
