Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to the lowest possible temperature. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a hi­gh-speed blender, combine carrots and peaches (or beets and strawberries) with honey and lemon until pureed.
  3. Pour puree onto the prepared baking sheet, use a spatula and evenly spread mixture to 1/8” thick. Place in oven and bake for 8­-10 hours, or until the mixture is no longer sticky.
  4. Remove from oven, roll-up, and store in a container for up to 1 week.
