Homemade Bath Bombs
Give yourself a chance to relax and rejuvenate with theses DIY Epsom salt bath bombs. Citric acid is located in the pharmacy section of most natural goods stores. You can also purchase it online. I’ve included lavender essential oil in this recipe for it’s calming characteristics. For a little more muscle relief, feel free to add a drop of spearmint and wintergreen, as well. Make sure it’s only a drop—a little goes a long way!

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, stir together baking soda, citric acid, and epsom salt.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together coconut oil, witch hazel, and essential oils.
  3. Quickly add the wet ingredients to dry ingredients, stirring to incorporate. The mixture will start to hold together when squeezed firmly. Add a half-teaspoon of water, as needed, until the mixture reaches this consistency.
  4. Press mixture into silicone molds (or whichever mold from the “special equipment’ list you’ll be using). Allow to dry for 24-48 hours.
  5. To use: drop into warm water and enjoy!
