Easy Vegan Lentil Soup (Slow Cooker)
Lentil soup traditionally calls for meat. Instead, I’ve created a tasty plant-based version. This nourishing soup is a delicious comfort food, perfect for cold evenings. It’s also a great soup to make on Sunday, then pack into work all week long.
