  1. Combine all ingredients in a large container with an airtight lid. Mix well and close container. Refrigerate for at least four hours so the chia can expand.
  2. Remove from fridge and pour into six popsicle molds or 8 dixie cups. Freeze overnight.
  3. Run popsicle molds under hot water for a second for easy removal.
