Instructions
  1. Divide the lettuce between two bowls.
  2. Top each bowl of lettuce with 1/2 cup cooked lentils, 1/2 cup diced peppers, 2 tbsp of salsa and 2 tbsp of guacamole.
  3. Drizzle the lime juice over the bowls.
  4. Sprinkle with cilantro and salt and pepper to taste, then serve.
